Who we are

This website is operated by DeployBirds. For any question about this policy, or about data we hold on you, contact support@deploybirds.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form on our contact page:

• Your name and job title
• Your work email address
• The service area you selected
• The project description you wrote
• Your acknowledgement of mutual NDA terms

We run no advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we build no advertising profiles.

Why we use it

Solely to reply to your enquiry, scope the work you asked about, and keep a record of our correspondence. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.

Third parties

This site is served as static files by GitHub Pages, which processes your IP address and request headers in order to deliver the page. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Form submissions are delivered to our email provider. We share your details with no one else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months, so we can pick up a conversation you may return to, and then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete on request.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email support@deploybirds.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics cookies, so nothing here requires a consent banner. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.
